Amarcort Film Festival is open to all filmmakers presenting digital, film or betacam short movies.
The maximum running time must not overcome 17 min (title not included).
The deadline is July, 31st, 2011.
Festival sections:
- "Amarcort": international fiction or animated short films;
- "Gradisca": international fiction or animated short films whose maximum running time is 4 min, title not included;
- "Fulgor": local authors' fiction or animated short films, whose maximum running time is 17 min, including titles.
A Grand Jury will choose the winning movie among the ten selected in the Amarcort section.
The audience will be able to vote for its favourite movie, and the movie that has gained more votes will win the Gradisca award, that will also be assigned during the Festival.
Final awards:
- "Amarcort" award – Amarcort section (prize and money),
- "Gradisca" award – Gradisca section (prize and money),
- "Fulgor" award – Fulgor section (prize and money),
- "Il Pataca" award – best acting (prize),
- special mentions can be assigned by the jury in case of deserving works.
